Ranch Flavored Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients: 1 can(15oz) chickpeas, 2tbs melted coconut oil (or you can use generous amount of Pam Spray for less fat and cals), 1/2 packet of ranch seasoning.

1. drain chickpeas and dry (I usually pat them dry in between two dish towels) 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 3. scatter chickpeas on a baking sheet and generously coat with oil or spray 4. Put baking sheet in oven and roast for about 20minutes 5. Take out baking sheet and sprinkle chickpeas with ranch seasoning, stirring them with a spoon to ensure they are all coated 6. put baking sheet back in the oven for about 15 more minutes or until chickpeas are crunchy 7. eat warm or once cool store in an airtight container. Enjoy!

Garlic Dill Dip

Ingredients: 1 cup (170g) Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 1 TBS Dill Weed, 2 garlic Cloves

Directions: 1. Measure out 1 cup yogurt in to a bowl. 2. put crushed garlic cloves and dill weed in with yogurt and mix well. 3. place in airtight container and store in fridge. * can use dip for veggies, marinade, replacement for mayo on sandwiches*
