Easy Protein Smoothie
Ingredients: 1cup Frozen Berries, 1cup spinach, 3/4cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, 1 serving protein powder (I like chocolate), water/almond milk for thinning (use egg whites for extra protein)
1. Put all ingredients in magic bullet/blender/vitamix 2. Add water/almond milk/ eggwhites for blending 3. Once at a consistency of your liking pour in a glass and enjoy!
Egg white Muffins
Ingredients: 2 cups liquid egg whites, 1 cup chopped baby spinach, 1/2cup finely chopped sweet peppers, 1/2cup finely chopped mushrooms. (May use any other veggies or even add sausage/bacon to your liking)
1. Preheat oven to 350degrees and spray muffin tin with PAM 2. Mix Ingredients together in large mixing bowl 3. Use a 1/3cup scoop and pour mixture in to each muffin cup. 4. Bake in oven for about 20minutes or until egg white cooked and slightly golden brown on top. *egg muffins do best being stored in the fridge and heated up in the microwave for convenience. Freezer storage is applicable although changes the texture slightly*
