I believe that we should enjoy our weight loss journeys and not have to restrict ourselves too much, so I put together some tips for eating during the SuperBowl. Sunday fun day! Lazy Sunday! Aw no, tomorrow is Monday! How about, Yay! Strategize Sunday! I think it could catch on? For most people, I know Sundays are their days to relax, clean the house, or wear pajamas all day and binge watch Netflix. (I may or may not have done this a few times….)
